Yeah it is possible Fluff can cause a disaster like that if she used her power without a holder. She is the kwami of time travel. For Sazz, who is the kwami of intuition who gives the holder the power to use second chance to change an outcome. But when he uses that power without a holder, the timelines get mixed up and time was even speeding up in Paris in the episode Ephemeral. It was pretty risky but prevented Gabriel from making his wish. There’s a time and place for stopping a disaster from coming to past and that was the time.
Plagg also seems to have a much better control from time to time using certain methods, like quickly tapping an object, or just blowing a surface/object, so maybe most of the reason why these consequences happen is due to the Kwamis not having complete control. We also don’t entirely know if they’re straight up gods or just born from these concepts becoming reality, since a god would have full control over their powers.
FUN FACTT: in the intro marinette always ends up tripping on a “black cat” and then next shot Adrian appears from that side which the “black cat” when, this is a reference of him being the holder of the black cat miraculous, BUG OUT
Also, a black cat walking in front of you means bad luck, and we can remember that after the seeing the black cat we see Marinette fall. However we know how Marinette is really clumsy

If longg ever has to use her power, I'm sure it would cause disastrous natural phenomena like floods, hurricanes, and severe lightning storms! I kind of like the chaotic and unrestraint nature of a Kwami's power. I kind of wish we knew more about how they first became bound to their miraculous though, like maybe a flashback/time travel episode where marinette travels to the past when the miraculous were first created by the mage. Lila, or whoever she really is, might shape up to be an even smarter villain than Monarch, seeing as she's not obsessed with the cat and ladybug miraculous like Monarch was, and more wants to destroy ladybug and cat noir (though I'm sure the miraculous are a bonus).

Trixx is a girl check the wiki. But Nooru is a boy, I kinda doubted that at first because of how his voice sounded. It was kinda girlish. But male voice actors can sound girlish too when voicing as some characters after all. Like when the actor Charles Alder, played Cow(who was a girl) in the Cartoon Network cartoon Cow and Chicken. Actresses can also play as male characters too: Nancy Cartwright played as Bart Simpson and Nelson Mutz. Kath Soucie played as Phil from Rugrats and Cree Summer played as Peebo from Proud Family.
