First avalanche breakdown happening is at the emitter base junction which is at 6V . That breakdown will allow a current flow at base emitter jubnction which we normally call as leakage current. That will allow the current flow thru the deplition region of the collector-base and base-emitter. If you look at the circuit you can see the circuit is connected totally reversed. Normally an NPN transtsors emitter is connected to negative terminals and collector will be connected to positive. But here the emitter is connected in positive and connector is connected to negative terminal. Definitely this will highly reduce the life of transistor. That is why in the video itself i told this as an information video
സൂപ്പർ 👏👏👏 wow good വർക്ക്! അതു മാത്രമല്ല അതിനെ പറ്റി നന്നായി വിശദ്ധികരിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു

Npn ennu paranjittu pnp transistor anallo
Bc547 is npn
In circuit diagram the transistor Arrow in emitter shows it's NPN or PNP in this circuit diagram it's PNP if any doubt check directory
Datasheet *
@@samshanker5753 Can u cross check once again. In circuit diagram it is showing the arrow to outside which means NPN.
ഇത് 5 V കത്തിക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ
It depends upon the type of transistor
,,👍👍👍
Thanks
I looking for a turn indicator for my e triccycle..this may used for it...thank u
You are welcome
Explanation is unclear
With out base connected the emitter to collector need approx 30 or 50 v (breakdown voltage).
One chance is that the capacitor need to charge to the break down voltage of the transistor
And how fast charging and discharging of capacitor decides the flashing time.
