Sir... Hamara CSTR hai..jiska VFA bahot jyada Badha hua hai .or filhal 4 month se digester ko Raw spent wash feed bhi nahi kiya..abhi bhi VfA as it is upto 13000 mg/lit hai... Kam karne ke liye upay bataye please please
Plz plz ek video banaiye jisme VFA, COD, BOD, Alkalinity, TS,VS, lignins test, organic load test perform krne ka SOP explain kariye for biogas plant.... Whose raw material are cow dung, paddy straw, press mud..... Plz Jitna jaldi ho sake....
Volatile fatty acids (VFAs) are organic compounds that are intermediate products of anaerobic digestion. They are formed during the breakdown of organic matter by anaerobic bacteria. Chemical oxygen demand (COD) is a measure of the amount of oxygen required to oxidize organic compounds in water. In anaerobic digestion, the concentration of VFAs can influence the COD. Generally, a higher concentration of VFAs indicates the presence of more readily degradable organic matter, which typically correlates with a higher COD. However, the relationship between VFAs and COD can be complex and is influenced by various factors such as the composition of the organic feedstock, the efficiency of the anaerobic digestion process, and the microbial community present in the system.
For an anaerobic digester, the ideal pH typically ranges between 6.5 and 8.0, with 7.0 being neutral. As for temperature, it's usually optimal between 95°F to 100°F (35°C to 38°C). These conditions foster the growth of microorganisms responsible for breaking down organic matter efficiently.
Please tell Organic loading Rate and Hydraulic Retention Time , Hydraulic Loading Rate also tell on 160,000 mg per liter Spent Wash COD for 1800 M3 Volume of CSTR Digester
Dear friend, Please watch anaerobic digestion and alkalinity and VFA video on UA-cam channel. You will get the answer, how to handle anaerobic digestion.
Dear sir... 1st take the sample of digester 50ml in beaker n then 1 ml H2so4 mixed.. After that,, dilution instrument (which made up of glss) this sample put up in dilution some min later we collect 100ml CH3COOH (become the prepared of dilution instrument) after that take the acitic acid in conical flsk and 2 -3 drops phenohthelen and titration with 0.1N NaOH... Calculate by this formula Tv*60000*0.1/32.5*50
Very nice information Sir 👌👌
Thanks buddy ... stay connected
Thank you sir for this informative video 🙏
Thanks dear stay connected ❤️
Really valuable information
Thanks sir.. stay connected, ❤️
Very useful video sir. Can you please make One video on how to do VFA ALKALINITY test
Please Explain about Senerio VFA Decreasing and alkalinity Increasing ,What effect on Reactor?
Excellent sir .. please tell me VFA Hho much is in MEE plant
???
Very well explained sir,,🙏🏻🙏🏻
Stay connected 🤝
Hi sir anaerobic bacteria nutrients ke liye kon sa chemical use mein le
Thank you so much for the amazing job and video❤️❤️❤️
Thanks dear ❤️

Mai wait kr raha tha es video ki kyuki aap ne 1 video me kaha tha ki es video ko layenge
Thanks
Thanks dost for your patience..💕
Actually bahut jyada der ho gai... But finally aa hi gai..
Thanks for your love and support.. stay connected.
Agar vfa alk ratio bigad jaye to use kaise thik kare?

Dost lab na hone ke karan ye test perform krna mushkil hn but main koshish karunga ki ppt pr explain kru ye sb..
@@ETPKnowledgeJunction thank u, but plz kosis kriyega ki biogas slurry ke liye ho kuki in general test sb jagah h
Sir vfa value badne per cod value bde gi

Sir digester ka temperature aur pH kitna hona chahiye

HRT= vol. Of digester(m3)/ vol. Of feeding per day(m3)
Sir it would be helpful if u share the references
just google 😊
Sir mere yaha uasbr h
Jiska tss lagater Kam Ho raha h
KyA Karu tss bad Jaye
Becteria halka hota ja raha h
Dear friend,

How many parameters check in UASB digester like pH, Alkanity, Temperature, Settling (SV), etc etc???
Hi... Anaerobic digestion process me apka alkalinity and VFA bahut hi jyada important hota h... Baki sb bhi hn
When water Is too dark then how to check alkalinity
First filter out the sample with ordenary filter paper...

Calculate by this formula
Tv*60000*0.1/32.5*50
Where =60000 molecular weight of CH3COOH
32.5 recovry factor of sulphuric acid
50 which.... Take the sample in ml
Acetic acid quantity and normality please mention
