I heard people said you have to finish Lostbelt 7 to get her outfit. I haven't seem in shop, so they are suppose be right.
Get ereshkigal from the banner. Play game all the way up to lostbelt 7 and then beat a quest after the lostbelt is beat in free quests
@@Animfateblade874 Yeah, you have to finish LB7's story. There's a costume quest after that in which you can unlock Ninkigal.
