I never cry in my life. Last time was when my dog passed away when i was 17. I had gotten him in my first year of primary school. Im now turning 30 this year. I bloody teared up when kiss was playing GF day. It just hit me the journey we had been on and now it could be the perfect day and it was the perfect start and ended up being the perfect day. everytime the GF is brought up i am fighting back tears. Well done boys we will never forget what you guys achieved and brought to us supporters. Hopefully it feeds the hunger and we can do it all over again that would be something else all over again.

Feel like Geelong and Collingwood are very similar. A great support base, always challenging for finals and even when they aren't, it's only for a handful of years before they are back. Plus when we play you guys in finals it's always intense. Best of luck in 2024 and may the best team win

watching from home, i bawled my eyes out as soon as the final siren sounded. this was after MULTIPLE trips to the bathroom throughout the match to have PLENTY of "chris mews" & wee's due to the TENSION the game GENERATED!!

I was at the MCG. One of the greatest football experiences of my life. Just a dream come true what the boys and Fly achieved.
Never been at a Pies GF win. I was there in '77 twice, 79, 80, 81, 2001 and '02. Missed 1990 due to a phone glitch.
Decided that it was better if I was not there.
Thanks for the best 2 years of footy after the low of 2021 I still can't believe it go pies
Being at the game to see the pies win that flag was on par with my wedding day and the birth of my children. A day I'll cherish for the rest of my life!

That was for my cousin Robert who passed away in 2022 he would have been at the Grand Final he was a true Collingwood supporter. The pain of his loss has been made a little easier because i know he had something to do with Collingwood winning the Flag. Even when Brisbane hit the front i knew my cousin Robert would pull something out of the hat from Heaven. Even the best on ground was won by Bobby Hill similar name as my cousin. Looking at the players who missed, either through injury or just omission, again highlights the silliness and mean-spiritedness of not awarding the medal to the WHOLE TEAM. Its a team sport and a club victory. The NFL does it so much better. Who has forgotten Presti taking himself out of the GF replay because he was worried he wouldn't complete the game.
It would not mean anything! It would be seen as a patronising participation trophy. No thanks. You get a medal for what you did on that last day.
I never get tired of watching over & over again amthis most inspirational real-life story & crispy clear scene behind Magpies' key magical & epic comeback successful battles, especially on GF day itself. Strive completely 😅& 4devotedly to repeat history this year.

This year we hope to improve again and have not as many close games. Least Craig McRae teaches us to be winners with a positive mentality.
