38.13 min : Truncate is not a DML command, its a DDL command which is faster than delete.

Let me tell you all a fun fact. We can use having without using groupby also to filter aggregated and non ggregated data. But we cannot use where to filter aggregated data. There is a misconception that having is used to filter aggregated data. It can filter all kinds of data. We can use having without group by to behave it like where. Check it and Thank me Later.
