Growing up I’ve had artists I admired such as George Harrison, Alvin Lee, BB King, Hubert Sumlin, Mike Campbell, John Frusciante, Clapton, Bramhall II, and a few others. Then along comes “LEMMO”. my new IDOL
They couldn't pick a better person to demo the Jazzmasters! You deserved it. Congrats

I got so happy when I heard that Lemmo demoed the Jazzmaster for Fender. He’s such an amazing player and definitely deserves that spotlight!
I dont really know this lenmo guy, but I dont understand why everyone's saying he's a good player. Are they trolling? He's ok on the electric. But I saw his playing on the ovation nylon and it was pretty bad..
Ah I just rewatched him on the nylon, he just sucks with his fingers and only plays with pick I guess

Its very cool that Fender is adding that Back Plate micro Tilt adjustment to more guitars.
That really helps dial in the ideal string action when you're setting up a guitar.
Especially an offset. I shim all my offsets. One of my Japanese jags has a crazy shim in it that works, but honestly needs to be adjusted and I’m too lazy to do it right now hahahaha
CBS implemented that back in 1965 when they bought Fender.

LittleMac congrats on the guitar! My first jazzmaster was a squier VM. Still have it, though it’s unrecognizable now! With proper maintenance, the squiers are unbelievable for the price!
I just got one for myself after watching a bunch of lemmo vids
pretty cool sound , especially on that bridge , and the rythym selector is a nice addition , obviously Lemmo's choice in guitar , and he is a master with it , never really been my style but I can appreciate it's appeal , well done , luv it when he just noodles around , very stylish and creative ,thanks guys.

We’ve had enough strat videos,they’re getting annoying
I ordered one from guitar center and was very disappointed. In my opinion the necks new finished felt like plastic and the push/push knob sticks out way too far and looks ugly. To me it felt like a squier and my Mexican player series strat just sounded better
@@fairladyz9957 yeah to me a strat is a strat. I’m more into the actual new weirder models or signatures cause you can’t reinvent a strat
I think it’s worth noting that the rhythm selector isn’t a rhythm selector, and that the new tremolo is actually a new tailpiece that can dive deeper like a Strat tremolo.

Jazzmaster Pups aren't P90s, they're more Fender's version of a P90. The magnets are placed differently; P90s have the magnet at the bottom with screw pole pieces going down to the magnet, but Jazzmaster Pups have the magnet as the pole piece. Easy mistake, they look similar.

Thing sounds fantastic. The tremolo on these Jazzmasters is way better than on the Strats. Although I haven't seen the new ones yet, I think they have a pop-in which is an upgrade from mine at least.
Would love to see lemmo use a oceans 11 reverb!

He did this whole review thinking the rhythm circuit was a traditional one. When you flip the switch, it toggles between in-series and in parallel - not the traditional layout at talked about here.

Great Lemmo and beautifulll JM.... However, I have a question: why is the guitar RHYTHMIC never done in this type of test? There are not only solos or arpeggios! The rhythm, the rhythm, maybe a la Thurston Moore

Great sound. Kinda turned the bridge pickup into a P-90, which I did to mine years ago.
I’ve watched a few other reviews before bumping into this one and the guitar only sounds good here.
