If I need to get up at 7:00 I set my alarm for 6:30, to allow for the waking up and snooze time. Turn your room lights up to 100% when the first alarm goes off. That morning shower really helps with the waking up too. Drag your sorry ass into that if you have too?
I use my echo dot for my alarms. I know the snooze is 5 mins so I set alarms for 6:30, 6:32, 6:33 - as I snooze these (5 mins), I get rewoken up like a barsteward and it works for me.

Try using a Hatch alarm or a cheap knockoff. So nice to wake up with the gradual light and some birds chirping. Keep going.
