The shroud breaker Strat is so dumb it’s insane that it’s still around, I wish that even if you had the shroud breaker that after a certain distance you’d drop your loot & flag at the nearest point to the regular sea/border to stop people from running to it, especially with how common it’s become since rare allowed anyone to do any Tale Tale in any order no matter which tall tales they have/haven’t done in the past🤝
I think it works that way so all your mates can join you without losing progress/having to do previous stages again, but I wholeheartedly agree this shouldn't be a "get out if jail free" card.
Last time I checked everyone has checkpoint for red sea chase. The best way tonstop chasers is to inconvenience them at every step. Drop keg mines, risky, anchorball, chainshot masts, fireball, chip away slowly at their resources while running away. There is opportunity to turn tables in there too, if it looks like they are breaking off, it either means they are low on resources or dont want to waste time. Be annoying and always just outside the range. Applies mostly for sloops versus anything larger. Galleons have firepower and manpower advantage, speed is brigantines ally if the wind is right. Sloop has manouvrability and speed against wind as its saving grace.

Cowards? Did we watch the same video lol, They straight up defeated both the Gallu and Sloop once, then tricked them both into sinking their own ships the second time around. In my eyes, these "cowards" stomped everybody with tactics. There's no point fighting the same ships over and over if they keep coming for you.
