I got pulled over with no license, no insurance, and no registration and the peace officer let me drive the car back to my apartment down the road and escorted me! I could have gotten 3 tickets and my car towed and impounded. The fact that they are called PEACE OFFICERS makes sense... whereas America dumped the "serve & protect" logo and just straight up POLICE officers.
His charisma somewhat saves him from a clear lack of timing and preparation. Also, maybe he should wait after the show to get baked. Forgetting his lines like that is a clear sign of a few puffs too many.
