But as a Filipino in the Philippine🇵🇭 the timezones will be different. In our timezones the time will be Globally🌏(Mostly in Asia) UNFAIR. how? In the Philippines the TIME🕜 WILL BE 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM. The petal dress will be rare for the Philippines 🇵🇭 but commonly used in America🇺🇸. I hope DTI changes the date of Release/Expiration date to at least a day.
