Hey Allison:))) I’m a barista and I am constantly working on my latte art as well. Just know it’s a process and it takes time to learn even the simplest of patterns in latte art. Yalls milk consistency looks much better after your class. Whole milk is usually the easiest to pour with especially for practice, if you want to use oat or an alt milk to practice just know it will be more difficult, and choosing the same milk will help for consistency in the learning process. For the heart have Brandon try getting closer to the milk with the spout of the pitcher. Place a dot (with the cup tilted), then push it to the middle, then grow the circle shape (as you grow the shape flatten out your cup), then pull up with the pitcher and through. Y’all are doing great, I see the progress and it just takes time, but you’re Killen it❤ and I adore your channel and the positivity you spread!!
FOR KEEPING SALAD FRESH 🥗.. I always keep mine in plastic container with two layers of tissue on the bottom and on the top as well , can be slightly damped. It stays crisp and fresh almost a whole week in the fridge. 😊

love your videos so much. im a barista and learning latte art is definitely an ongoing process and takes some practice to master. focus on not making ur milk too foamy, u need the perfect consistency between flat and foamy. shot can also have an effect! ❤
Former barista here! The milk consistency is definitely key to latte art and maybe try tilting the cup a bit more from the start (I like to hold it from the handle of the mug to get a good grip) 😊 LOVING all of the fall vibes in your videos 🥰🍂
