It's great to see mlb add women... it's been awesome on fifa the last few years.
Hopefully they keep adding more women to their "ultimate team mode"
I emailed the makers of the game last year and said they should add females for this game

Iknown you can turn off the rain in Franchhise mode but is it possible to some rain out games and doubleheaders in franchise Mode?nothing worst then having it rain for 9 innings then getting a 90min rain delay in the 9th inning lol just sayn pass this pn to whhom ever you need to thanks for sharing and for your time appreciate it
I wonder, given they added the Negro League Players last year, if they might also add the Ladies of the All American Girls Professional Baseball League in a future game. That would be cool.

I played a Cubs-Dodgers game(as the Cubs of course)in MLB The Show 24 and lost to the Dodgers 6-4 Despite the 4 home runs I hit

Also, in another MLB The Show 24 game I played as the New York Yankees vs. the Houston Astros from Yankee Stadium(in the video game)and clobbered the Astros(as the Yankees)18-6 with some home runs I hit

It's a cool addition, but why don't they scale the physics down to be more accurate for female players? I think being a good contact hitter is useful, but the amount of home runs they allow you to hit and how far they go is very unrealistic
It's almost like it's a video game! Have some fun. If 5'6 Altuve and 6'7 Judge can have succes so can women ballplayers
It’s really not that unrealistic idk why do so many men think this about women. Yes they can be physically different but it’s also not unrealistic that women can outperform a man either. We REALLY have to stop 🛑 all these misogynistic stereotypes about women and sports. As a man and lover of sports I think women can serve as more than a sideline prop to men’s leagues. I personally think it would be cool if the mlb and NHL had their own respective women’s team in conjunction with the men’s in the same manner as college baseball and hockey does. Like a LA Dodgers women’s group versus the Boston Red Sox women’s team. Premier league soccer has this same thing with Aston Villa FC.
there are youtubers like Not The Expert who make characters like Big Daddy Dirtbag who are 5'0" and weight 400 pounds and have 99 speed, but no one comments on their videos and says "🤓 ummmm this is unrealistic." it's a video game who cares?

Honestly, i like this new edition. I would also wish there was a way to change the ball to a softball just because that would also be fun to try!
It is an MLB game, so softball is probably unlikely here. However, pumped for this addition!
