I attended the Level 1 Workshop on 3rd Jan. It was very informative and I hope to improve over time using the guidance material that ma'am has provided. The workshop went a bit over time but ma'am was gracious enough to still answer our questions patiently. In time I hope to attend the level 2 workshop.
