This is from their last album. Another masterpiece. Hopefully not their final album.
Ikr. I watched them live during their MSP tour. I wish I could turn back time because I feel like I didn't appreciate how special that gig was and didn't realise that I am not gonna see them again for who knows how long! :(
Jonny played the guitar with a violin bow for this one 😉....there is nothing that man won't do for a 'sound', any instrument, any tech, orchestras, choirs, jazz bands... anything.
This band are just amazingly good.
Mike Freakin McCready does that too! 😊💓🤘✌️
Just the way he sings, “we know where you live”
Haunting!
"Elanor Rigby on speed", now that's a great take! Nice one, Rory. See, this is what I look for in music reactions, quotes like that, something I'd never of thought of.
Apparently this is used in media studies (I’m not sure if it’s ‘A’ level or degree) as it’s allegory parallels the burning of witches in the Middle Ages & the equivalent that is going on today (especially on the internet) & what precipitates it now & then, i.e ‘moral panic’. I particularly like the lines about the ‘jukebox’ & ‘sing a song of sixpence’, juxtaposing the old with the new, but also cleverly referencing the jukebox to mean that it appears we have lots of choices (as on a jukebox) but those choices are controlled by the owner of the jukebox and therefore merely giving the illusion of choice? …. Just my thoughts, for what they are worth ;-)

This is where Jonny Greenwood and his classical music taste kicks in - great reaction as always mate
Oh and its right at the end of their musical journey (most recent) rather than in the middle.
Radiohead after 97 are like a genre unto themselves, I love that.
Their actually is a rap song produced by Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood that is very similar to this song with similar string and drum beat, it is called “DOOM - Retarded Fren (ft. Thom Yorke & Jonny Greenwood)
Sweet reaction mate!
Rory, i have learned so much about music from your awesome videos and your commentary and your awesome fan base! Just thought I'd mention that. 😊💓🤘✌️
Actually this one used to be my least fav song off the Moonshaped pool record except for the line 'low flying panic attack' but I grew to like it. Loved watching your reaction to this Rory! The joy I get watching you react to Radiohead songs is beyond measure. Thank you.
you should listen to TOOL. Here are some tracks: Stinkfist, Sober, Forty Six and Two, Undertow
Tool is Cool!! The live "Sober" performance is amazing!! 😊💓🤘✌️🔥
Interesting video, yess that backing sounds so firmilar, Thom York has a interesting singing voice. Of course my favorite song by them is "Creep" I love that song! The Witch by The Cult is better...it's easily The Cult's best song.
