I have also been wondering about the spatial bubble above the bar. it doesn't appear to be in a teleport friendly spot as far as reaching it or falling out from it. I think it's a typical bubble like the other two seen in the swamps as well as the one we saw in bolts and bullets. But I'm curious to see if there's more to it. Maybe they are dynamic, and that bubble isn't always there?
@itstommylove I just remember something about the reason the choppers crashed in COP was the maps they were using were irrelevant land they flew into the new anomaly positions

Okay so the black/red sweater girl isn't Beard, i honestly didnt notice, but I'm still feeling that the guy at 2:01 might be "Savior" the guy that saves Strelok from the death truck in SoC, overcoat, side profile.. so thats honestly more interesting, me feeling like it was beard was just because Beard stands in the exact same spot in CoP

@@lennic Haha, I think it's a deliberate choice, there would be some explanation in future, maybe depending on the biome, physical features change like the pseudogiant had hairs on it (quite weird).
So disappointed in those "Far Cry" style HUD elements and shit. Also the game's clearly going for way too cinematic route. But we kinda expected that with it being an Xbox timed exclusive UE5 game, made by a whole new team...
Original game has a literal minimap with markers, “being shot from directions” etc for anything, don’t pretend you won’t just go into the menu, turn off the HUD and spend a total of 13 seconds doing that then NEVER have to look at that hud ever again, it’s a single player game - not like anyone needs it on “be competitive” so that’s not a thing either That said yeah will be more cutscenes than the originals, it’s kinda modern to have more setpieces like that
5:11 anomalies move after emission we have know this since clear sky considering how much time has passed since the original games the anomaly field throughout the zone are also likely changed a lot as well
Yeah, but I'm wondering if it will be "cheap" way to explain fast travel in some sort instead, I know anomalies can appear anywhere.. but theres some huge implications with putting (game devs) one directly on top of the bar lol
@@lennic well we don't know if the anomaly above 100 rads is even a teleporter anomaly in first place but consider this in every time we see on it's either not in a easy to reach sport or near a dangerous aera and there not common either we have only seen them 3 times the first is shadow of Chernobyl's true ending when you're fighting you way though the CNPP the second is on the top of the bridge in cardon in clear sky and the third is more or less in the middle of the burnt farmstead in call of Pripyat
If you guys loved the trilogy and wanna shorten the wait here are some mods that in my opinion captured the mysterious feeling of the trilogy: Made by Jekan: Return to the Zone(3 story campaigns and a story extraction mode), Goldensphere OGSR(based on Roadside Picnic), OGSR Legacy(pretty much a remake of ShoC with lots of cut content and user made content). Team V.I.V.E.N.T.: Incubator, Dreamcatcher(sequel to Incubator). They have more great mods but they still are hard to understand Machine translations. zaurus' crew: Apocalipsis Trilogy OGSR, Fallen star(also called "Der gefallene Stern" sequel to A-Trilogy), Last STALKER(sequel to Fallen Star) Creators/teams I forgot the name of: True Stalker(if you don't mind cutscene glassjaw), Dollchan infinity, Road to the north(story/free play hybrid, main story starts at Skadovsk), Path in the Mist, Wind of Time(it starts with timetravel from the year 2114 back to 2014 and has some big twists)
Definitely agree, Goldsphere is my personal fav, a lot in that list I didn't like but True stalker was alright... Highlights are def road to the north, Path in the mist, wind of time and another mod called vector of alienation (basically just oblivion lost rmk but better atm)

I'm just wondering if the tornado moves around or is stationary. Also I hope there's at least one stealth finisher. That would really make the stealth for me!
I did ask about this and it seemed to be more like an "overheat" or durability related mechanic, maybe still full-autoing 30++ rounds causes the effect, we don't know, either way yeah It was a lil bit much
on 11:17 not beard, thats the firts female stalker and she probably selling food, cuz u can see behind her cooking pot with "dish" writing and a lot of drinks
@@lennic if you watch at 0.25 speed and use the space bar to go very slowly you will see a red bandad it looks like and even some makeup, it certainly is not beard however i very much doubt they wouldnt include beard in some way so it could be a new location. it does look feminine. i personally don't mind that too much as long as the game doesn't feel like skyrim where 9/10th of enemy bandits are women.
@@lennic you will also notice all the cooking utensils and stuff in the back, it's possible that she is just a cook for the ship which obviously would make perfect sense and fit right in lol.. but i would prefer she be a babushka.

Something I noticed is that the bullets hit where the scope is pointing rather than just the center of the screen.
