Make A Wish Boogie the Bulldog Story

Today I am doing a story about Ermias “EJ” McNeal and his new bulldog puppy Boogie. EJ has been recovering from a kidney transplant and he had his wish granted today for a puppy through Make-A-Wish Greater Virginia and the Chartway Promise Foundation, the charitable arm of Chartway Credit Union. The McNeals both serve in the U.S. Navy.
