@@ippinkan bufff the word you use " sharp" is not for me. I own a parir CM 5 before 706 and in all situations I prefer 706....could say is sharper maybe but I prefer to say is more accurate, more treble presence, more definitiion and with more air but I dont think the twetter of 706 is sharper than CM5. They have diferent presentation. In few situations CM5 can be convenient but 706 S2 is better speaker in every way, do you think is same situation for de 3 series? ..Best regards
I still own the older Cm6S2 & absolutely love them. Huge & deep soundstage with astounding detail & transparency. I hv them paired with a REL sub & the combo is excellent.
