I have listened to alot of FTMO intervies in the past days, and this mate has a mindset I like a lot. He gave me now a lot of confidence of beeing intuitive in trading.
That was one of the most inspiring FTMO trader feedback videos that I've ever seen. Way to go Griffin!

At about 26:30 the guest is heading into a speech about not paying attention to his RRR and his win rate. I think I agree with that. I find that cold-hard numbers are a good way to have an investor understand a trader, but I also think that those numbers won't change how I trade.
How hard and careful I am about my TA and my timing and my risk management is much more effective than beating myself up with numbers about how those things are working.
I am very inspired by this interview and his very different perspective. I will not trade how he trades, but seeing an inspirational interview is good for me for my style and technique.
I feel like he is right, as if you know deepdown beforehand if its a good trade or not.

Actually that trade went in slight profit then went down past the stop loss.
A better buy entry was at the 1680.00 zone. It bounced up from there.

@@TheKindHearty Its CFDs contracts are haram as you are merely speculating and not own the currency the only way to actually trade halal is by trading using a bank that lets you own your position.

Thank you for the interview, imo this is the best one so far, Griffin elaborated his answers very well, and I can pick up some good points that he said. He's quite young but has quite of wisdom and the right mindset of a trader.
Although on some points that he said I'm not on his side, like trading for adrenaline rush while for me trading should be boring, and using intuition come to play while I'm using as robotic approach as possible (still manual trading not EA). But profit is profit whatever trading style he uses, and that's the most important thing.
I agree his mindset is dangerous. Hes got a gambler's mentality.
But EAs only work/exist to a point. Most successful traders are manual. For good reason. Price is king.

Focus on recovering that 3% loss, try to target 3.25% that’s way you’ll be up +0.25% that way you can repeat the challenge for free.

Most traders get ready after making profits and end up not sending profits to investors

FTMO, are you planning on doing follow up interviews on all these past interviews? It's nice to see people succeed but all of these interviews are from people who only had 1 profit split. Its easy to claim success on 1 month of results but 6 months, 1 year, 2 years of consistent results with FTMO would be more interesting imo. Especially when a lot of these traders claim they can make 20% per month. I'd just like to know if they actually succeeded in that claim over time and it wasn't just smoke in mirrors.

Why have several accounts I don't understand ? why not build just one or is there a. specific purpose to get several ( like failing one and still have one to back up).Very mature for a 2' years old as the video develops..and what he calls "intuition" is all this screen time paying off

It is up to every FTMO Trader to decide if he wants to merge several FTMO Account into one mastery one or to trade on many FTMO Account differently. It is up to them and their strategic approach.

During restricted news releases, you are not allowed to trade.
Holding trades during weekend is possible in FTMO Challenge and Verification. If you want to hold a trade over the weekend when you become FTMO Trader, you have to ask for permission in time our FTMO Support Team, and they can possibly allow it after their review.

100.000 USD Account ist actuall 10.000 USD Account, because of the max drawdown is 10% , so your real account is 10.000 USD, If you can win every month 20% , that mean every month you make 200% profit . You can imagine , with a start account of 10.000 USD, every month you make 200% profit . So in 1. year you make 4.096.000 USD , and in 2. year you make 16. Billion dollar with the compound interest. Hmm . Be confident , but be realistic as well

You are going to have to risk between 1-3%. It is a challenge 30 days is not a lot of time to make 10%.

I did and it gave me an apiphany I realized I didn't really know what I was doing, been 5/6 months since then I'm trading more consistently now and I'm planning to take the challenge again in March.

Why FTMO step 1 challenge is so short ? 20 real trading days is not a good thing...too short period ! Other funding programs give much more time, why don't they give it also ?
Because they make most of their money off people losing challenges.
Use 5ers instead. They give you 6 months to reach a 6-7% target and pay you no matter what. No challenge or verification.
You can Trade Crypto on Saturdays and Sundays
i dont like that you guys never link the people you interview. Its like you just use successful traders to promote you guys.

when people say 600 euro for a 100k account, I know already they stupid anough to fack up, because they only get 10k for 600 euro. and have to pass big difficiult challanges for that

Ah yes. A trading career while raising 2 kids is hard. I suggest waiting until they are of school age. There are plenty of demo accounts you can open. Getting familiar with all the tools of MT4/5 platform is important, while finding your own edge and preferences. This all takes time. Challenge yourself this way until you trade a live account.

Or you get someone abroad to pay and then you pay them naira equivalent. Bank transfers might take 4days to clear.

Everyone who calls themself a trader is a risk taker. We can increase the probability of a profitable trade by introducing a confluence of technical indicators etc. However - when the button is pressed to enter a trade - its a 50/50 proposition of price moving up or down. Nobody knows what is on the right side of a candlestick chart - and if they say they do - their full of BS!
