- In the Caribbean coast of Colombia, in sthe Guajira region, a group of more than 50 indigenous women from the wayuu community gather to set up a Fair Trade process. To face the negative impact of massive commercialization, fair trade provides a solution to the welfare of people.
Tejidos Vitales Project of Talento Colectivo Foundation is a project that gives different opportunities to a group of artisan women from the wayuu community, in order to make them feel distinguished from the widespread growth of their work; consequently, they can create different answers and proposals by themselves and so create new opportunities for their families through their handicrafts.
The work is beautiful. The women are beautiful and courageous. Thank you for sharing. 💜
