    Hello, Tom. I like your content which discusses acne problems and how to deal with them. we are still acne fighters and I think managing stress is the most important thing. I once tried eating junk food when my skin got better and was fine. It's different if I eat sweet food and don't get enough sleep, the next morning I break out. In the end, everything must start from healthy living habits.
    Btw, it's nice to be friends with you fellow acne fighters 💪🏻
