Guys. Great work. Love your videos. I’ve been in pest control for 36 years. The last 30 a location manager for several locations for Orkin in Florida. I can tell you from experience the main reason technicians over look things is because they don’t have the time to do the right thing.
They usually have 14-16 stops per day plus extra service and follow ups It’s nice to have the time and man power to spend a day or 2 to succeed.
Again love watching your videos. Brings back great memories. Been retired since 2017. Miss it daily.

I had a pest control business came over and just thru rat poison and charge me then called it a day. 🙄 And he also had the nerve to ask me if his service was satisfactory. I said , no, I still have a rat problem. Geez these pest control company feels like useless. You guys did a great job. Keep up the great work.

Yeah, you guys always know where to look, good work as usual yall. I personally think you guys finding the hole led to everything so point to the hole!
There's definitely something dramatically wrong with these pest control businesses that can't seem to solve these issues. I know that most of the industry revolves around "volume" (many quick jobs per day), but many times the problems just aren't being solved properly. You can't do a proper pest inspection or eradication in the time that most of these companies allocate for their techs.
The twins are back and getting the job done right.

The twins do a one stop service. They have their own contractors in to do the wall repairs and the painting. They never leave a place with holes in walls unless the client requests it due future remodelling needs.

I can understand why my first floor apartment in a circa 1927 four story building, adjacent to all manner of geographical terrain features that attracts rats and practically scream "come on over and have some fun" (overflowing and undercollected garbage bins of course doing their bit to encouraging them to stay awhile). Even with daily arbitration efforts, it's never long before you hear another scratch scratch scratching its way in, or already glued to some strategically placed trap in the kitchen, ready to be spared further suffering with a swift salute from my cast iron pan.
So when I see all these newly constructed and to my eyes luxurious houses getting these kind of infiltrations in these video, I got to wonder how does this happen, don't -- or shouldn't they benefit from all the modern knowledge and tricks regarding keeping a home pest-free, or is it inevitable, and would we even be surprised at how many rats you would find in Buckingham Palace or some $290 million luxury condominium in Abu Dhabi (or do scorpions or some other manner of desert beast eat them)?
Boy, am I ready to do that rat dance myself!
In Australia you hardly see sewer pipes under a house or inside a wall. Most sewerage pipes are feed directly outside the wall and the pipes run on the outside of the building.

How long must that rat have been dead for in the walls for only its skeleton to remain? I've seen many carcasses with the skin and eye remaining, but the body is completely hard or flat. Keeping in mind that there was nothing like bugs and the sun to help decompose the corpse, what happened to its body? Was it eaten by another rat?

NO its not a Strange question if it naturally decomposed just by looking at that Rat Skeleton BTW the size of a HUGE Salt water Rat i would say a good year or more again no one pick up on the SMELL REALLY ???? after several PEST CONTROL COMPANYS have been there ???? PLUS the Enclosure work that was done and left open areas for Rats to walk in it was done on Purpose the pest Companys looked at that house as a good reliable income for a very long time

It is! That was the massive entry point to the home for sure.
Without that hole they wouldn’t be inside
It kinda surprises me on how cheaply houses are build in the USA. Germany have concrete walls I can’t even hit a nail in u have to drill a hole then put a plug in to actually able to screw a screw in. That’s quality. Doors hollow and flimsy in the USA. They either out of solid wood or metal. I have noticed this a lot USA like it fast and cheap but no quality. And u see where they got the USA? No one wants to most of the stuff from the USA anymore. Because quality is pretty mediocre at best. What is unfortunate there was a time things from the USA where considered great mad quality and also wanted things from the USA. Not anymore for sure at least most of the stuff no other countries wants from the USA. And I don’t blame the. Hollow cheap walls hollow cheap doors. Flimsy turn handle just all so flimsy and cheap.
