They should CONSULT Mzee Kibaki. Kibaki inherited a collapsed economy and turned it into a growing economy in three years. Yet that is when infrastructure projects started, roads, dispensaries, completion of stalled construction projects under Nyayo economy. Yet Kibaki was boycotted by WORLD BANK, and developed countries. Prudent management of sectors of economy especially productive sectors first and foremost agriculture, manufacturing and strong support of emerging sme's.
