I've always shared my home with cats (you might think that you own a cat, but you would be wrong), and none ever slept on their backs. That's why I love cats - they can be very weird.
On the dango one, it's not a kitty. It's more of a shrine fox. Foxes like you would see at Fushimi Inari Shrine in kyoto. Just wanna point that out. Awww I just love these! My 2 favorites are the one with the Lolly pop and the one with pancakes!! I met an awesome kitty yesterday! Apparently one of the neighbors woke up to his bell on his collar. Apparently he had jumped their fence and got into their house through the doggy door! They found him chilling on their living room floor!! 😂😂😂
omg shannon......you said it right the first time and i was so happy, then you said it knee-ko and my heart dropped......so many people have told you how to pronounce it properly.....and i'm actually learning japanese, have been since sept of last year, so for a full year now.....so i do know how it's supposed to be pronounced and i've told you at least twice if not more.......

The mochi (I'm not sure I spelled it right) has rice dough around the filling. That was Paul's strawberry cat.

In case you were unaware, pancakes in Japan are used as a dessert, instead of breakfast. Hence why they’re in this collection.

The "shell" of mochi is dough made from glutenous rice flour.
