今回もご視聴誠にありがとうございます。
XLH1200Sは配線周りを綺麗に仕上げたいというご依頼です。
すでに他のショップさんにてカスタムされていた車両ですが、配線はそのままだったので、そこだけを追加で当店で承りました。
当店では基本的に配線を制作する場合、シート下からフロント周りをすべて制作します。
タンク下までは純正の配線を使用して、コネクター接続できるようにしてあります。
そこからフロント周りはすべて新しい配線を使用して制作します。
利用する配線も、流れる電流値を考え、なるべく細い配線を使用して制作します。各部に負担がかからないよう制作し、不具合が極力起こらないよう、考えながら制作しています。

The XLH1200S has been customized by another shop, but the wiring was left untouched.
In our store, when we do the wiring, we basically do everything from under the seat to the front.
The factory wiring is used up to the bottom of the tank so that it can be connected to the connector.
From there to the front, all new wiring is used.
The wiring used will be as thin as possible considering the current value. We try not to put too much stress on any part of the car, and we try to avoid any problems as much as possible.

Good day, I have 3 old sporsters, I love watching your videos and want to know where I can get some of those parts, as some of the older bike parts has been discontinued
Thank you for your comment. Are there some genuine parts that are no longer sold by Evolution Sports? However, we often buy parts from online auctions in our store as well.
@@infinitymotorcycle There is unfortunately only limited parts and I find myself having to import. Harley Davidson in South Africa has allot of issues with parts especially older bikes.
@@3943631 I see. In Japan, repro parts are quite plentiful in terms of consumables, so I don't feel particularly troubled. Thank you for your comments from afar!

不要な配線はどうやって見極めてるのでしょうか？
また、不要なものなのに元々ある理由はなぜですか？
もともとあるというより、カスタムで交換したり、取り外して余った配線や部品を整理する感じです。あとはもともとオプションや仕様によって余っているコネクターを取り外したりする場合もありますね。
