This was all so beautifully poetic. The contrast of Eda loving doing the “wrong thing” and Lilith hating doing the “right thing” is perfect for their dynamic and the compromise they come to now

No fandom is complete without a Counting Stars amv that hits literally every beat in the best possible way, I'm not gonna be able to stop watching this for a long time I can tell

2:10 hits hard (to me), amity "hated" willow because her parents told her that and the lyrics is "i'm just doing what we told" or smthng like that
For a long time now, after watching some new anime mvs, I thought the art of amvs was dead. I mean just throwing random clips over some random song with no attention to the beats or the lyrics, while still better than anything I can do, is lazy and not all that interesting to watch. But She-ra amvs and now TOH amvs have given me so much hope and joy that talented people still care about editing. Seriously the amount of love and hard work is so vividly clear to see. Of course, it helps that these shows are also phenomenal but I must thank you and other creators for such wonderfully edited videos. Truly a joy to experience, no less than the shows themselves. Just wish these got a lot more attention and love which is frankly the very least of what they deserve.

I like the how at the “old but I'm not that old" It always shows Eda. The curse makes her look older than she is. And that at the „young but I'm not that bold" it shows Luz. At the beginning of the series(season 1 and beginning of 2) she just heads straight into everything without thinking, but at the 2nd half of the second season she starts to think more about how her actions affect others and beginns to hesitate. I love that little detail with the lyrics.
I saw no one else pointing this out so I had to.
Edit: I know this was made before season two. Or at least I think but it's still a nice thought.

My favorite part is 0:23 - 0:29. The beat perfectly lines up with everything being done. It is just so perfect

God this show is amazing... I haven’t been this invested in a show like this in forever. I really hope they announce the next season soon. I literally can’t wait I’m so excited.
(Also a neat thing: This was me and my Ex’s song. The relationship didn’t end well unfortunately and I’ve never been able to listen to this song since... But this is the first time in like 6 years I’ve been able to listen to this song without getting sad. In other words, an amazing video. I’m glad I can finally associate this song with something happy like the Owl House instead of painful memories from the past... So thanks for that.)

This is a really freaking great video. Every lip has a purpose, and goes with a lyric with the song. You could have easily just played the clips over the song, but you went through the extra effort to match it with the lyrics, and I think you made it so much better because of that. I love this!

Absolutely magnificent! This video was wonderful and the timing for the wording was great! Luz really grew from each of her experiences, whether it was meeting the owl lady herself or facing her fears at Grom to fighting for her friends and found family. Everything helped shape her as a person, a witch and even helped her become someone who could best Belos.
