    its a very easy homemade Puffed rice snacks recipe for tea time, i tried to make it healthy as well. once made and kept in air tight container, it is good to go for nearly 3-4weeks.
    Recipe Description-
    Use of ghee is recommended, fry all the dry fruits - cashew, almonds, pistachios, resin and dry thin sliced coconut, keep it aside. now roast makhana and mungfali as well. in the same oil saute good amount of green chilly and curry patta.
    for the masala- keep the flame at low, in the same oil add turmeric, red chilly powder , jaggery powder and tamarind paste, fry them at very low flame.
    Now add puffed rice, mix well and roast it, till it become crunchy. add all the ingredients together along with black salt and pepper at last, taddaa! it good to go.
