I love nature and believe in sustainability.
On this official Escoffier outing, it was such an experience that I felt I needed to document some imof it to share with everyone! Alex, the owner & founder of the fish farm, demonstrated his method of nerve blood connection, circulatory bloodletting, segmentation knife technique and tool introduction to educate our industry professionals how we can be more considerate, mindful, and sustainable for the future of local fish farming and his journey in creating his mission. We even got to try the fish firsthand from his fish farm, which are fed with food also created with his own recipes incorporating Chinese herbs!
Support local businesses and be more compassionate and empathetic towards our eco system. 🤝
