I would love a Colleen Hoover vlog! I've always thought her books were not for me, but I ended up reading "It Ends with Us" after all and I absolutely loved it. It was a 5 star rating for me for sure. Would love to see what you think and which ones you like the best :)

I read Verity and couldn’t stop turning the pages but I love thrillers and darker settings? So when I realized her books aren’t typically that… I was skeptical. Finally read It Ends With Us and ALSO loved it. Now I need to know where to go next 😅

The audiobook for Malibu Rising is amazing, narrated by the wonderful Julia Whelan so I' d advise anyone to go for the audio format with this one :)

I'd love to try the Julia Child cookbook. She was a huge influence in the cooking world. You may like the book/movie Julie and julia where this woman goes through that very cookbook and blogs about it while the book/movie also shows how Julia child comes up with the cookbook.

I'm so excited for The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea!! I love that cover, found the sample entrancing, and then a very lovely person on Pango is sending me one because I'm 20th in line at my library and I can't afford to buy the book right now. So now it reminds me of that person's generosity and kindness, so I'm even more excited to read it 💖
I loved "Count Your Lucky Stars"! It was a great wrap-up to the series.

Definitely read the girl who fell beneath the sea. It's so good!!! It follows Mina who takes her brother's girlfriends place as the sea gods bride and jumps into the sea instead and then she tries to find why the sea god is asleep and basically wake him up

I can’t recommend Chrissy Tegians cookbooks enough! I seriously love every single recipes I’ve tried and I have all three books! Also the Jenna Rae Cakes cookbook is a staple for me since I’m from Manitoba and that’s where their bakery is set out of! I love their treats 👌🏼

Much Ado About You was my favorite book of 2022 so far!! Highly recommend!!!
Verity is definitely one of those books where people either love it or hate it. It’s definitely adult, and has a decent amount of dark themes throughout, but once you get into the story, you will speed through it. It’s impossible to put down! 😊
I gave it 4 stars, was a bit disappointed with the ending but couldn’t put it down when I was reading it!
Colleen Hoover vlog YES!! Verity is so good! I read her Hopeless series in March and loved it!!
maybe just because it was set near where I live and also I read it whilst doing my own epq, but the good girl's guide to murder trilogy was so good. I recommend.

What makes you prefer paperback over hardback? I prefer hardback but since watching you I am leaning towards liking paperback too as long as they are a single book or the entire series is in paperback. I can't have a mixed series of paperback and hardback.

I find it funny when titles such as “a good girl’s guide to murder” are read and I just have to do a double take. I’m like “oh that sounds good… wait. Murder?!”

Don't forget to get Hang the Moon because that it is the second book after Written in the Stars and Count Your Stars is the third book and it follows up with the ending of the second book. So it might be confusing with some of the characters.

If it makes you feel any better Hailey, Neon Gods isn't that smutty. Sure it has bdsm themes but it's pretty tame for the genre. It's probably a good introductory book to that genre.

I personally liked House of Hollows. I recently finished it. I do agree with the person who said it was creepy, it was somewhat disturbing but it was a really good book in my opinion even though I have never read thrillers or whatever genre it is. Finding out what happened to the three missing girls was shocking to me and made me look at the book in a different light. Hope you enjoy it:)

I read a good amount of spicy romance, but Neon Gods was a lot for me. I would look up the content before reading it for sure. I liked it, but the smut was not my thing.
I'm not sure if you have done a video like this but I think it would be a cool challenge to pick maybe 20-30 do or die books. Like if you had to get rid of all books but 20-30 what would you choose. I think this would be a good way for us to get to know your preferences even better and get some reccomendations for ourselves.
