In this episode, we talked about how to create a balance between an illusion of being a ‘Perfect Muslim’ or being completely lost.
Ustadh gave a beautiful explanation on how to Balance Deen and Dunya together.
We also talked about how Desi Parents project their generational trauma on their kids and associate themselves with Allah while forcing their children to obey their decisions.
Ustadh made us understand where to draw a line and what needs to change about Desi Parenting Style when it comes to issues like marriages or career paths.
Towards the end, we talked about How to overcome Loneliness in today’s time where everyone feels disconnected from their friends and family.
Ustadh explained the importance of having a strong purpose in life to combat loneliness and depression.
There is a difference between being alone, and feeling lonely. Loneliness doesn’t always mean being by yourself, without anyone to talk to or interact with. You can feel lonely even if you’re in a room full of people, surrounded by noise and laughter; whilst equally, you can feel content and happy in a room by yourself. There are many causes of loneliness and the feeling can differ from person to person

When you inhale feel word of Allah is absorbed in the cores of your heart n when you exhale feel word of" Hu " touches or clicks to the outer surface of your heart. This practice can be done anytime anywhere. Remembrance of Allah through inhalation n exhalation.

It is true that allah can fill that void first but also allah created all of us as one and we humans were created to need each other as people but in today's society we talk badly to each other and are to quick to judge others that's why many feel alone we need to connect with people and show compassion that's the one thing our religion teaches. Be kind and spread love. May allah help any of you that feel alone and know that many others struggle with loneliness it doesn't mean you're abnormal or attention seeking it means you're a human who has the right to be vulnerable and want deep connections with others after all we are brothers and sisters its time we act like it!
