I think we are going to see some TRULY amazing stunting this year. Gabie at point----awesome. Very creative stunts from the footage. Several new talented flyers. I cannot WAIT!!!!!

i fly and base and i wish bases got more props because they are amazing and we also work just as hard as flyers . but trust me flying is also important i do that too ! love this team cant wait for 2014 worlds!
Erica is perfect. I would give anything to have her figure. Don't criticize her because she doesn't have abs or because she isn't a stick insect. In fact every girl on Senior Elite is a normal girl that just happens to be incredibly talented and beautiful and I think other gyms need to take notice of that and even follow in Cheer Extremes footsteps.
I'm a dancer, but ADORE watching cheerleading, and think cheerleaders are absolutely INCREDIBLE athletes, but one thing that bothers me every time I watch cheerleaders is their SHOULDERS; please, please push those shoulders down! They DO NOT look good when they're up to your ears! Shoulders should NEVER be shrugged up to the ears. I know it takes a lot of work to train your body to do it, but press those shoulders down and you'll look STRONG and PERFECT and GORGEOUS!!

Also, her stunt group has changed a bit since last year so blending with new bases is hard. And this is their august practice, they were only just starting. A lot of the other stunt groups were the same as last year. Try not to be so critical.
My favorite one on Sr.Elite is Amber because she is the smallest and her tumbling is amazing also her stunting and I am small but not the smallest on the team though

I know what you mean, but there is a huge difference between having curves and being too big to fly. Anytime after 3:52 you can see just how big Erica has gotten. I'm a big flyer, but I'm not as big as her. I feel like if she wasn't a cheerlebrity, she wouldn't have flown this year.
True. Very true. But bases are getting judged on our technique. It is what the flyers do are cool but i just feel like bases and back spots dont get enough credit.
Who actually cares if Erica has gained a little weight, has that stopped her being an incredible flyer? For real all you haters need to go watch JT's latest Senior Elite videos and y'all will be impressed with how amazing she is doing in the stunt sequence so clearly her weight isn't affecting that at all? I don't mean to sound like I'm up Erica's ass, all im saying is that if her weight isn't affecting her cheerleading, which it clearly isn't, then us cheer fans shouldn't be concerned with it.
I sometimes think erica can kinda do what she wants because she's a cheerlebrity but if my coach would catch me chewing gum i would probably have to do at least 50 push ups and if I would wear jewelery at the same time he would make me leave practice and would say that I don't need to come back if I don't take it more seriously ..
The TEAM NAME is senior elite. They're in the DIVISION large all girl. They can't do rewinds and tuck baskets. It's level 5. And they were just getting used to stunting with a new team.

And coachs always say it's harder to train a new flyer than a base. And I've bean a back a long time. If the flyer does'nt do they're job... God they can hurt you bad. So they need to work hard.... And every body is important in a stunt .!
ericas got muscles, she looks like she has more of a power tumbler type of body now.. rather than a flyer, but sometimes its good to have a muscley flyer, they can tighten up and make stunts look much prettier :')

But I know a lot of amazing flyers who are this way, and can hold their weight SO GOOD. She squeezes and does a great job of making herself light in the air :) what talent! But in my opinion she could probably also do well as a base!
They're always doing something creative with the stunt sequences!! So excited for this season and I'm praying that they do 9 stunts instead of 8!
It's such a cool thing to see them at the beginning of the year like this, because we'll be able to see how far they come in a year!
