Ive always believed that good healthy nutrition is key in order to prevent miscarriages. Avoid meat & dairy, eat more fruit and vegetables. Avocados, cucumber and tomatoes are very good. Meat is fine as long as its well cooked, but why take the risk if you want a very healthy baby!
