He did the reveals around the windows. His father Maurice was assisted by a boy who grew into a man during the work. His name was Fred Oates. The letters M R Josey can be seen in mosaic in the room where the 4 angels are. After Maurice died, his brother Tom completed the chapel on the side. Both Maurice and Tom had worked at St Paul's Cathedral, London under William Blake Richmond. Maurice was considered the most prominent mosaicist in England and did the faces at St Paul's.
Mosaics by my great-grandfather, Maurice Richard Josey. He spent 12 years on them (1921-1933).
