The finishing shot in the 6th was probably the nastiest and most destructive of Inoue's career. Kudos to Nery, you could see in his eyes that he was broken by the end of the 5th round and yet he went out swinging. He never ran like the others. So many folks don't realize how much greatness we are witnessing when watching Naoya Inoue. I truly know "physically" Inoue won't get up to 8 weight divisions like PacMan. His body ain't built that way lol. But by the end of his career, I could see Inoue fighting in 5 weight divisions (with the potential 6 weight division against a dream fight w/Tank Davis). But I expect Inoue to end his amazing fighting career undefeated with a 85-90% knockout record. You need to put the monster up there with the time all time great like Sugar Ray Robinson. In this most recent fight, you saw how Inoue could still land knockdowns going forward and "backwards"? His IQ and skills are off the chart. I hope all the featherweights are ready because Sam Goodman is his last fight at 122.
