I am fortunate enough to drive an S4 B8 Avant, which is so good. Visually, I miss the looks of the B5 Avant. With the B8, the 'C' to 'D' post area , in profile, looks so wrong. Am not sure what the Audi stylists were doing.And why is it so much wider than the early cars.(We seem to spend so much time in the wind tunnel, and then make the cars so much bigger, in every direction)
Now, if I could just (!) put the running gear from the B8 into a B5 shell, I would be a very happy bunny.
