Love that you genuinely love midcentury pieces. The whole vibe of the space is just great and airy. I enjoyed watching this because i didnt find trendy furniture that is commonly seen in every youtubers' home. No shade to others (i like watching them too) but just character-wise this is so refreshing.

I'm looking for a house these days and your apartment made me realise how small most of the windows often are around here haha. It literally feels like you're living with the city, like if your apartment and domestic life were a movie, the city would be a whole character in it (like in most noir films)
Love the industrial vibe as well, it doesn't come off as frigid at all, which is usually the pitfall of this style. Yours looks cozy and cocoony

Everett Williams Things are slowly reopening here...beaches finally reopened. We took it more seriously than most states, so we’ve only had about 630 cases and 17 deaths. The key is gonna be monitoring the incoming flights. 😁

How did you manage to change the bathroom fixtures in a rental ? My management will be like nope
we worked with the structure they already had in place, and we kept things away to put back in place incase we leave! :)

It’s $3.1K + for this type of apartment in DTLA. Hope that was helpful.
@@sonjaskygatlin Plus HOA fees, which average out to around $1/square foot (so this space is going to likely run over $1K/month if they're buying...

Absolutely love this loft! It's huge but cosy, and it feels like it's super comfy and full of love. Especially the memory nook, what a great idea! Best house tour I've seen in ages tbh.
One tip for you: Put small felt pads under your dining chairs. You're welcome ;)

Like a lot of other animals cats are very social animals and need therefore companionship from at least another cat, especially indoor living cats.
I know countries in which you aren't allowed to have only one cat because it is considered animal abuse.
0:19- Does anyone know what that style of safety latch on the door is called? I live in a microflat downtown and cannot use any type of latch that needs to be screwed into a wooden door frame because the door frame is thick, hollow sheet metal. The door itself is thin sheet metal over a solid wood core. The wall immediately surrounding the door is a layer of hollow sheet metal over brick.
I love your apt and love your kitty even more! I had a tuxedo cat for 19 years that looked identical to yours and lost him to age 3 weeks ago and miss him deeply. They are truly wonderful cats and tuxedos are the most vocal of all domestic cats with their own personalities.
