It's a chrome powder on top of a solid color. I think this one was a unicorn chrome that shifted to gold but I've also had a mermaid shift that went to green & blue. It's one of my favorite things to have done without getting designs.

What a collection! Thx for opening up each one. Maybe next time you could say a few words about the formula (e.g. glittery vs smooth, beaming vs natural) instead of just "stunning" and "beautiful" for every one lol.
