Ranbir is so honest in his interviews. It never feels like he is trying to pretend anything. He is honest about his flaws, vulnerabilities, and about who he is. Quality of a Superstar🔥✨
They were supposed to work together in Dil dhadakne do but once Ranbir backed out due to date issues, Kareena did too. There are other speculations on why she backed out too.

@Rick and Korbin- Do not feel bad when they were naming names you didn’t know!!! They were referring to members of their family by their nicknames. I honestly felt that part of the interview to be very excluding of the audience, they were in their own Kapoor world assuming everyone knows their whole family. Don’t sweat it!!
Growing up it was very common amongst my family and their peers to refer to the older Kapoors by their nicknames (though I was very confused). I picked it up quick enough and it was Lolo and Bebo for me and my friends from then on.
Stop looking for something to be pis*ed off about. The audience they’re catering to already knows the nicknames of all the members of this famous family for generations. They knew they didn’t have to explain and I bet if they had explained, people like you would be pis*ed off about that also.

I think you know by now that Shammi and Shashi were Raj Kapoor's younger brothers. Well, Raj also had five children: sons Randhir, Rishi and Rajiv (all actors) and daughters Ritu and Rima ("Reema" is a misspelling).
Rishi was father to Ranbir and his sister Riddhima. Randhir is father to Kareena and Karisma (Karisma is also an actress- very popular back in the late 90s, but she acts once in a blue moon now. I think you've seen a few videos featuring her). Babita is Randhir's wife and Kareena and Karisma's mother. She's a retired actress.
The "Armaan" mentioned in the video is Armaan Jain, one of Rima's sons. Rima's other son is Aadar Jain. They've both tried their hand at acting but haven't been been very successful.

Bebo= Kareena
Lolo= Karisma
Dabbu/Dabboo= Randhir
Chintu= Rishi
Chimpu= Rajiv
Tashu= Nitasha Nanda, Ritu's daughter (Her name always gets misspelt by the media- it's NOT "Natasha".)
Ritu's son Nikhil Nanda is married to Shweta Bachchan, Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan's daughter. Nikhil and Shweta's son Agastya will be debuting in Zoya Akhtar's The Archies.
Shammi and Shashi were nicknames that became the actors' stage names- their names at birth were Shamsher and Balbir respectively. Shammi's first wife Geeta Bali and Shashi's wife Jennifer Kendal were both actresses.

Loved this reaction. Ranbir’s interviews I feel have depth even though Kareena can sound superficial.
Kareena's Poo character has stuck with her persona deeming her superficial. To be honest, we really don't know how any of these people are like in real life. Example - Many of the so-called humble actors from the south (except for Rajinikanth who came from nothing) just put-on humility in public but are arrogant in private.
Kareena’s not superficial at all. Just look at how she lives and manages her life where blended and natural families love and come together. She’s family oriented and a superficial woman cannot manage her life like that! It’s the Poo character that got stuck because Karan Johar insisted on that portrayal to increase TRPs for his shows and her willingness to play along (her fault). Also, she’s always under the microscope of the media because she’s a Kapoor and they magnify everything. I see Priyanka, Aish and Deepika as extremely superficial but the first 2 cleverly diverts attention with the PR tricks and manipulations they learnt in Pageants and the media does not bat an eye at outsiders faults so it does not stick in people’s minds.
There are much better interviews where he talks about acting

She said on their personal dates, he asks her to wipe off the lipstick because he likes the color of her natural lips! Anybody who’s ever been loved will know that is also to kiss her more often without a mess. It’s not about control. All you abused, controlled women need to calm down. You don’t know the first thing about real and healthy intimacy! You also can’t come to the conclusion that because of this she really likes to wear lipstick 😳, especially since she’s mostly always without lipstick and other makeup when she’s not working You should be lucky enough to have a partner whom you could ask to wear a certain shirt for you or comb his hair a certain way because you like it and he can ask you not to wear lipstick in your private time because he wants to kiss you often and likes your natural lips

Kareena kapoor is a complex one. Shes a terrible role model and person, that greatly benefited from nepotism but she is a great actor. Hate her interviews but wouldn't mind watching her movies mainly because isnt herself 😂
Oh STOP that jealousy fueled, defaming character NONSENSE. You WON’T find a better role model in Bwood than Kareena!!! She lives her life in a real and grounded way. She’s honest and doesn’t embellish herself like other actresses constantly do. She’s not artificial, she wears her own face, skin and eye color and the only actress who routinely does not wear a stitch of makeup or parade herself in fancy clothes and hair when not working. She has the CLEANEST personal life in Bwood, 1 boyfriend, 1 rumor, 1 husband. She’s family oriented in a big way. She doesn’t mind getting fat by growing her own children in her womb. Her husband said she’s responsible for the healed relationship with his prior children by encouraging him to have a relationship with them when things were bleak and he was giving up. She sacrifices and never stopped working hard through 2 pregnancies and a pandemic to help Saif give his children and his X the best lifestyle and education. She’s inclusive and have them in her home and shares her husband’s love with them unlike SriDevi and Shilpa Shetty who threw away their husband’s kids and did not want them in his life. What better role model do you want???? Who can top this in Bwood???
