That was very helpful, my HP might be the same as that one. I purchased it just a few months ago. At least we can add a SSD drive to the unit. And upgrade the RAM too!
I usually hate AIOs because it's difficult to disassemble them, I have the HP model similar to this one (CA1000NL) with a problem with the NVMe slot, thanks to this video I disassembled it in an instant, but I think I also have to thank the designer for making it so simple. I also have an ASUS AIO the ET2020 and it has been driving me crazy with: different screws all hidden, pieces to remove to find the screws, wires in the middle and strange contraptions to do to be able to test it when disassembled. Thank you.
Ez instructions. But this was pretty stressful to put back together lol. I broke the screen from the top when trying to get it out using a pick. I bought a new screen and had a heck of a time popping it back in place because i was scared i was going to break the new screen. I folded the towel and placed it on the screen, then applied pressure on the edges of the screen just as precaution because i didnt want to force it too hard and break the new screen.
You are excellent sir, a very enjoyable way of Elaborating a complicated situation where many people freak out while dissembling/assembling. Love your content, would love to connect with you to learn more Sir.💞❤️
Nice informative video. I was hoping you would have shown the backside of the screen display and it's connections. Did you happen to make note of the display panel manufacturer and their part number when you disassembled the unit? I would appreciate that info if you do have it. Thanks.
I have worked on desktop computers for 20 years. Instructions were excellent and the computer came apart exactly as described. Unfortunately, the screen cracked during reassembly. I was very careful to only touch the very edge and didn’t push hard. Found a replacement screen online for just over $100 but now I’m a bit gun shy. Sucks. Works fine with an external monitor, but that’s lame.
Do you accept commissioned worked? In short, I have several questions that HP customer service and tech support have not, at all, been helpful on. I'm looking for someone that I can ask these questions and who can guide me before I buy another computer. Would take about 30 mins if you have the time
I think the power supply is actually part of the power cable. Should look like a black box connected to the wire. Or at least that’s what mine is like.
Hy I have the same pc my profile it i used the worng power cable and when am using the original one it doesn't turn on it only shows light white led at the back on top of the power in port please help
Possibly the best video on upgrading a all in one ..tyvm

What type of ram should I buy to upgrade? Is it just going to update automatically? Thanks

Question I have the same computer I need that lcd part do it all come together to replace the screen it was hit and don't work
Question. Does your camera automatically pop up or do you have to pull it up?

If you post the questions some people will answer it for free
@SergioSanchez-ql1lf I had joined a few groups then realized it might be best to hire someone who had the time to build for me
Could you point out where the power supply unit is? I'm having trouble finding it on the video. Please let me know good sir!!!
Have u found it

Are there specific video cards that are needed if you wanted to upgrade?
I’m looking for an answer as well
@@Hyperdrive if i find anything i will let ya know
It's ddr4 3200 ram card
@@luismunos939 thank you so much. I also think that external gpus may help as well
Update* external GPU will not work because the rear port is USBC only and not Thunderbolt 3 or higher
If the touch screen stops working after installing another ram stick did I accidentally unplug it or did it turned off?
So do they use a laptop motherboard in All-in-one PCs?
Yup. In practice they are custom boards, but the concept and most of the parts are from laptop designs.
Can you put two ssd in this computer?
Not possible for any motherboard
Hy I have the same pc my profile it i used the worng power cable and when am using the original one it doesn't turn on it only shows light white led at the back on top of the power in port please help
Something on their motherboard probably got fried. You probably need a new motherboard. :(
What happens if you flush your BIOS?
