Hi Colin . Yes its one of them ??? I don't know why other anglers don't fish it .
It would seem either perch rock or high water prom venues are more their thing .
I don't mind leaves it nice and quiet with room to move around for the likes of me

Your filming has really improved with the double camera and wireless mic 👍.Is behind Morrison's not producing hounds yet?

At least you had go bri a friend and I headed out Wales yesterday blank for me he had a nice keeper bass. I didn’t no you could fish the Hoyle on that size tide always told not to go over 27ft so that’s good to know do you have to run in with it though?

Hello Paul . we only go light and mobile ? so we can fish any size tide . It obviously comes in faster the bigger the tide .
We only fish to the top of the bank where it slopes off.
Its gone very flat and the gullies that go parallel with the sea have gone.
      Cheers Brian.
PS we also find it hardly ever fishes well with just the side west wind ? your thoughts.

I’ve found the better fish come out with the wind right in my face but I have blanked in those conditions and I have caught when it’s been flat calm as well. Last year I had two bass right on low 1 keeper and then not a bite all the way up another angler turned up an hour after low with frozen razor and couldn’t stop catching good size flounder I didn’t have a bite but I only had fresh blow and black that I had pumped. Like you say fishing is strange that’s what keeps us going . I did get bass until December there last year but the last keeper was October.
