The Full Moon energies peak the morning of May 23rd.
"Flower Moon" by the way is a name that comes from the Algonquin Native American tribe, who observed the abundant blooming of flowers in nature around the time of the May Full Moon.
This is certainly happening here! In my garden, the strawberries are flowering, as shown above with the cat, as well as daisy's, lilacs, violets and more.
This is a very powerful time for observing the vibrant life force energy building and growing in the Earth, and then claiming the power of this time by planting seeds, and consciously manifesting positive changes in our lives.

Same, but this time felt totally different! I was compelled to journal/take notes. I fully connected w/ the message, I guess bc I am doing the exact actions mentioned.
Like a few weeks prior to the eclipse I’ve been waking at 4am to start my day w/ sacred breath work & meditation, followed by gratitude affirmations, fasting to mid day to become “lighter” & become more aware of the things that I crave & finally allowing, how to allow properly in order to connect w/ divine timing/discernment. Yes I am doing the solutions program and 2 days ago I was doing a healing one. Needless to say I need not react to things and take a step back. But I am so wired to jump in head first. This is so challenging for me. Then knowing the Budda Moon is coming I'm trying to stay positive but so hard when you're on the web with the other flies.

The acronym being to make positive changes we must first become Conscious, Own our triggers and emotional reactions, then Retrieve what was taken (when we first experienced our wounds and created parts to help us cope), Release the wound or whatever is not serving our highest good, then re-Engage as a more whole-ly (or Holy??😊) integrated being. He would always say, “You only evolve as much as your least evolved parts.”
