25 years ago when I was only 15, I listened to Boyz II Men, separatedly with 'N sync and Backstreet Boys. Sometimes I compared then with own singing styles and ability. Who would have thought, 40 years old me watching they all gather on a stage singing the same song in harmony.
He's a contratenor. The highest parts are him singing always. It's not the normal falsetto that most men sing, that's his natural high singing voice, which is very rare in males to have.

But JT has always been this missing piece, he choose to separate himself from the group for himself, which is fine. But JC, Joey, Lance and Chris have always done it over the years. Now it's been 20 yrs since they've been on "Hiatus", they've all might feel it's time or found the right moment to do it 1 more time.
You can tell how good Nick Carter sing, the song really sounds good with his voice.
