Not a Netflix show, look at what they did to the Witcher. HBO would be the best for a series this long but only with Derek landeys oversight, sometimes directors can get a bit to creative with series based on books they don't know
I read the first book when I was in primary school and absolutely fell in love with the characters. Playing with fire was out at that point and I didn’t stop pestering my parents until they’d gone out and picked up a copy for me. Every since then I’ve bought the new books on release. They’ve such a delight and escape and have helped me through what at times was quite a messy childhood. The characters feel like friends I’ve grown up with and every betrayal, loss, defeat or victory resonated on a deep emotional level. I love these books. My favourite moments are the scenes from the perspective of full-power Darquesse. They make you feel so powerful and fearless no matter what’s going on in the world.
I read the first book last Halloween and liked it. I wish I would've discovered this series as a kid/teen. It would've been 100% my thing back then, but I'm still interested, especially after watching you hype it. Going to read a bunch of the books this October. They feel very Halloweeny to me 💀🔥
In School I am famous for three things 1 = I wear a scarf what ever the season (Even in the summer) 2 = I have a bright hat you can not miss 3 = I have always got my head in Skulduggery Pleasant book or making references to it
Hii, I used to not like reading books but now I'm kinda interested into reading one but I don't know where to start. Is it ok if I start with Norwegian wood?? can anyone suggest books for starters and books that aren't hard to read. Thankyouuu!!
Hi! Thanks so much for watching! I’m glad you’re interested in reading now. It depends what genre of books you like! Murakami is one of my favorite authors so I think he’s a great place to start!
He can be a bit difficult to understand at times though. I’ve been reading for years and I still struggle with Murakami sometimes. If you’re looking for other Japanese lit, I recommend Hiromi Kawakami or Genki Kawamura. Their books are a little easier!
Really needs a netflix show or movies cos its that good. Derek landy makes me think of the irish joss whedon
Would love to see a Netflix show! Fingers crossed 🤞

But I will say Emma Watson would be perfect as Tanith low
