Great videos mn, keep it up. I run a small winery, 25000 lit annually. If you don’t mind me sating, that pump is not a good pump for wine making, it agitates the liquid to much, thus infuses to much air, you need something more gentle, look up Schneider pumps, you can get them used, quite affordable.
Your 100% correct, it does add oxygen, no to happy with it, I'll probably get rid of it sooner rather than later. I'll definitely look into the one you recommended, thank you!
If you google 55 gallon food grade drum amazon and uline pop up. Just make sure it's food grade, hdpe, and preferably bpa free. I would get 100 linear feet of hose, that way you can cut it as needed.
