홍천 며느리 고개... 마지막 구간이 좀 힘든 그런 코스죠.
내리막에서 통통 튀시던데... 기본적으로는 안장을 허벅지로 고정하고 몸을 좀 뒤로 빼는 웨이트백 자세를 하는게 더 안전합니다.
그리고 당근보다는 오이 가지고 다니세요. 어느정도 배도 채워지고 목마름에도 큰 도움이 됩니다.
배낭은 제 경험으로는 착용하신 카멜백 같은 것보다는 배낭형 허리섹이 더 편하더군요.

저도 로드5년 타다가 2년쉬고 다시 자전거 시작할려고 로드 알아보다 단체 라이딩도 이젠 싫고 혼자서 여기저기 도로상관없이 다니고 산에 가보고 싶어서 판타시아 MTB 구입했어요 처음 임도 타고 싱글 탈때 민디님 처럼 비명지르면서 탔던게 생각나네요 너무 무서워서 죽는줄 ㅋㅋ 너무 재미있습니다 기록이 경쟁이 아닌 진정 힐링이 되는 라이딩 입니다
오~! 판타시아 좋지요~ 속도 파워 이런 것 보단 원래 자전거는 즐기면서 즐겁게 타는게 좋아요 👍👍

It was a very good experience for both of you and us also, to see how Mindy overcome her first mountain bike ride. Mindy making noise in the jungle was so funny 12:49. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. 13:17 other than glove is important for mountain bike ride, I think your entire also need to be different (long sleeve, helmet and pants). I amazed how light weight is your bike 👍👍.

저하고 반대네요..저는 산악에서 로드로 왔는데..하지만 아직도 가끔 MTB 데리고 나갑니다...근데 확실히 더 힘들어..더 무겁고 속도 안나고...그래도 푸른 숲속에서 청량한 공기 가슴 한 가득 담아오는 묘미가 있지요...로드에 익숙하셔서 필요이상 상체를 많이 숙이시는거 같아 보이네요...아마 로드 타다 MTB 처음에 오르면 세단 타는 느낌 드실듯...ㅋㅋ이제 다음은 그래블 이네요...ㅎㅎ..해맑은 민디님 모습 보기 좋아요...언제나 응원 합니다...화이팅 😅

Una gran diferencia el manejar una bicicleta de ruta versus una bicicleta de montaña. Se nota que lo sufrió, pero lo importante no se rindió. Buen video, saludos desde Perú.

마치 자연 다큐처럼 영상미가 너무 아름답네요! 색감도 음악도 편집도 유머도 어느것 하나 빠지는게 없어요~ 민디님 음색도 듣기 정말 편하고, 영상미 못지 않게 너무 예쁘시고 귀여우시고... 30분이 훌쩍 넘는 영상이 전혀 지루하지 않고 오히려 짧게 느껴질 정도에요

Get a SRAM Axs dropper post seat so you can drop the saddle with button. So when going downhills you can hold your body backwards with your legs pushing your body to the back of the bike. 👍🏻

MTB 코스는 차도가 아니니 안전하고 매연 대신 피톤치드를 마시며 달리죠. 임도로 시작해서 싱글에 맛들이기를 바래요 ^^
산악자전거를 타는 사람으로서 민디님의 산악자전거 체험을 격하게 환영합니다. 마지막 부분에서 산악자전거는 로드와 달리 지열을 덜 받아 시원하게 탈 수 있는 장점이 있고 임도도 나름 재미 있지만 싱글을 묘미를 느끼면 산악자전거의 매력에서 빠져나오기 힘들겁니다.
계속 해서 매력을 느껴 보도록 하겠습니다.😊

당연히 싱글트랙을 즐기셔야죠. 산뽕이라고 부르는..그거 맛들이시면 로드 재미없어 못타실거에요. 그리고 여유되시면 히치마운트형 캐리어 추천드려요. 바퀴안빼도 되고 거치, 분리에 30초면 되요 ㅎㅎ
산악라이딩의 최대의 단점!
눈 앞을 날아다니며 호시탐탐 달라붙는 벌레와 귀에서 윙윙대는 벌레들...
그리고 중간에 편의점이 없다는거..ㅡㅡ;
