If you have a Reaper raised, they can work in place of Mountain (you may want to bring a DP on kill vanguard to stop the early rush though). Highmore's talent lets her avoid being stunned by Impairment buildup.
Pretty much any E1 max medic works in place of Warfarin. Exu can be replaced by a Mystic Caster as well, but you may want to bring a CC FRD like Phantom S3/Red s2/Texas S3 to knock the dodge effect off the stupid like beaky boy that comes along. A mystic caster can also probably replace Ifrit, but I haven't tried this.

If you somehow don't have Mountain, he can be replaced with Gladiia (Mine is E2L60, S1M3, Module HOK-X Lv3) with extra Specter Alt (Module PUM-Y Lv3), assuming you have Abyssal Hunter maxed out that is lol.
And like 80% of the time, Eyja can be replaced by Reed Alt (S2 work best here).
Bring out Texas Alt and Yato Alt for "oh fuck" button.

If like me you don't have Blaze, you will need to replace Shining with a Therapist Medic for status resistance or cure the stun right away with Lumen, otherwise the boss will get past whoever replaces Blaze if they are stunned.
Also if you replace other Ops from this strat, be careful which Relic thing gets eaten, especially the one which gives the boss extra block count (drops from the staff enemy) and the one which gives it crowd-control resistance (drops from the medusa). Can mess up the strat pretty fast, if like me you're relying on Gnosis' freeze to stall the boss.
