My first experience with being angry was last year at work. I start to black out and feel energy in my hands and I used to cry when I get mad but not anymore. Libra, with mars in Leo. When I get angry the feeling literally takes over my entire body. It’s crazy, almost like a fire is igniting inside of me. But it rarely shows on the surface. When I do though it’s a huge outburst, but it is always private and never in the public eye (I would never act a fool in public, haha). As a leo I have mixed responses. I can explode on the spot as you described or I can seethe and explode later - Seething is extremely unhealthy for a Leo. My boyfriend is a Leo with Mars in Leo. He does seem to loose his temper easily and to things that I find minor or situations where I feel he could better communicate about. During an argument, he usually tells me that he wants to get off the phone to cool off before he says things he’ll regret later. I usually give him the space and wait until he contacts me which isn’t too long. He always tells me that I like to rationalize things when I come to my defense though. I’m an Aquarius sun, mars in Taurus and Pisces moon. It takes a lot to get me mad because I’m pretty laid back. I don’t personally like the feeling of creating a scene or showing anger because I feel it’s not worth it. I’d rather someone see my sadness. Someone would have to really be pushing my buttons or things they did wrong would have to be adding up before you see me explode. I really do agree about the part where he can make dramatic scenes with his tone of voice and body language and it can almost feel like he is trying to intimidate me or exaggerate for the extra attention like a child almost. He rarely straight out apologizes, similar to me in that way but things do go back to normal in no time.
i'm a virgo and i had a leo friend who would look for a new reason to argue with me every other day. he would do something wrong or hurtful and me being a virgo, i'd just keep it bottled up and he'd be like "why are you quiet? why are you mad at me? you have no right to be mad at me.." and literally make a scene in class, while i usually kept calm and told him to shut up for the love of God bc the prof can hear him. also he'd make a dramatic exit by clacking the door every time lol. it got to the point where he sometimes flipped on me for just being quiet. i tried fixing that by actually opening up bc i thought wow he must care. he didn't. every time i tried explaining whatever he did that bothered me, he'd apologize only to do it again three days later. i was crying bc of that stuff every day for a while and one time i kinda indirected him in a post, which just made me feel bad. eventually, i distanced myself bc i value positivity more than anything.

My first experience with being angry was last year at work. I start to black out and feel energy in my hands and I used to cry when I get mad but not anymore. Yes! However, as I’ve gotten older( pushing 40 ) I’ve recognized this in myself and have learned to walk away when the feeling of anger rises up in me. It’s like an outer body experience where I don’t recognize myself. Trust when I tell you…listen to your body, exit the situation, and revisit when you’ve calmed down and have thought about what to say in the classiest way possible!

When I do though it’s a huge outburst, but it is always private and never in the public eye (I would never act a fool in public, haha). The smiling and laughing is also very indicative of kitty anger. And that tone too!! We love being obtuse with both being composed in public, but also making the other person read between the lines that were upset

As a leo I have mixed responses. I can explode on the spot as you described or I can seethe and explode later - Seething is extremely unhealthy for a Leo. But we are Kings and Queens as you know so sometimes exercising a little patience and 'self control' shall we say speaks louder than any outburst. Also standing back and analyzing the situation before wading into out will earn respect among our peers. Like - I can drama Queen like im on broadway but sometimes dealing with the situation in a calm manner makes people even more scared than shouting at them.

My boyfriend is a Leo with Mars in Leo. He does seem to loose his temper easily and to things that I find minor or situations where I feel he could better communicate about. During an argument, he usually tells me that he wants to get off the phone to cool off before he says things he’ll regret later. I usually give him the space and wait until he contacts me which isn’t too long. He always tells me that I like to rationalize things when I come to my defense though. I’m an Aquarius sun, mars in Taurus and Pisces moon. It takes a lot to get me mad because I’m pretty laid back. I don’t personally like the feeling of creating a scene or showing anger because I feel it’s not worth it. I’d rather someone see my sadness. Someone would have to really be pushing my buttons or things they did wrong would have to be adding up before you see me explode. I really do agree about the part where he can make dramatic scenes with his tone of voice and body language and it can almost feel like he is trying to intimidate me or exaggerate for the extra attention like a child almost. He rarely straight out apologizes, similar to me in that way but things do go back to normal in no time.

i'm a virgo and i had a leo friend who would look for a new reason to argue with me every other day. he would do something wrong or hurtful and me being a virgo, i'd just keep it bottled up and he'd be like "why are you quiet? why are you mad at me? you have no right to be mad at me.." and literally make a scene in class, while i usually kept calm and told him to shut up for the love of God bc the prof can hear him. also he'd make a dramatic exit by clacking the door every time lol. it got to the point where he sometimes flipped on me for just being quiet. i tried fixing that by actually opening up bc i thought wow he must care. he didn't. every time i tried explaining whatever he did that bothered me, he'd apologize only to do it again three days later. i was crying bc of that stuff every day for a while and one time i kinda indirected him in a post, which just made me feel bad. eventually, i distanced myself bc i value positivity more than anything.
