Difference:
Wall Mixer :
Pros : Easy installation, Easy Repairing, less expensive Maintenance, Very easy usage, cost effective, working effectively in low pressure, works effectively against Hard water.
Cons : Bulk body, Traditional look.
Diverter :
Modern look, Works best at diverting water , mixes water at really good temperature setting . Works good with pressure.. multiple settings available ( 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm) so it goes good with water pressures. Two cartridges (25mm for shower, 35 to 55mm main cartridges) , space saving
Cons : Cost, Repairing, not really good when it breaks down as it cost a whole wall to be repaired or replaced. Totally concealed fitting costs more at installation and maintenance.

Isiliye diverter is best and very less maintenance for diverter.
Diverter is already repairaible.

Bhai divertors bahut jaldi kharab hote hain, kyonki sirj ek chote se screw se uska shower / spout selection hota hai, aur wo bahut jaldi kharab ho jata hai. Phir use baar baar repair bhi nahin kara sakte

Mai building ke flat Mai rahata hu. Hamara Ghar ke andar he water storage tank lage hai.
Storage tank se Pani ka pressure nahi aata hai, jiske wajase shower use nahi kar pata hu. Iske liye koi solution ho to bataye...
