    Honestly, I love cooking especially while camping, but this whole system albeit expensive is just so appealing to me that all I would ever want to do is be cooking 😂 love the way you’ve organized everything!

      For sure! You can make it simple or as complex as you want. Thanks for watching!

    Great informative video reviewing the entire TTA lineup! I have a better understanding of the system as I decide which parts to get in the future.

    I too have been waiting for the TTA for my 4 unit. Thanks for doing this video bc it will help me in ordering. I think I like the 2 section. Last time I went camping I needed both sides of the iGT table for my guests to gather around so I feel anything bigger would interfere with that. It looks amazing and so useful in having your spices and oils there when cooking. I may have to get the extension table for multiple people coming Idk. Right now I use a native hiker brand table with my IGT to expand the workspace. I did run out of space on the 4 unit when it was 5 of us. Great informative video!

      The extension is definitely a must have if you have a party larger than 4. I’m glad you found some useful info on the TTA! Thanks for watching!

    Whoa, you got a FULL set of TTA systems! I'm using a lantern pole only with a Sierra cup holder and a cylinder but still considering the frame.

      It's good to keep it simple sometime. I think my set up is good for a longer camping trip.

    I just got my TTA system.
    Bad news: the plastic clip to hold the mesh tray will fail due to its fragile material. One of the clips was broken when I tried to put them on the bar for the first time.
    Good news: since the clip will be inserted through the hole on the handle of the mesh tray, and thus is holden tightly, therefore it will do its job even when it's broken.
    I don't know if Snow Peak foresaw this. But I still wish they use more durable material for the clips.

    • @SirCampalotOutdoors
      @SirCampalotOutdoors  Рік тому +1

      I hear you loud and clear and I agree with you. A lot of people I know have had the plastic piece break on them already. I hope snow peak just send people with buckets full of the plastic clips. After all it is not expensive to make. Or they better come up with a better solution.

    Beautiful gear. It might be too busy for my style of weekend camping. If you know what I mean? Seems like a lot of work. But I can’t argue that when it’s done it’s awesome. Thank you for this awesome thorough review

      @SirCampalotOutdoors  Рік тому +1

      You’re right! It definitely requires some time to set up and it is very beautiful when done. Thanks for watching!

    Are you using the stainless steel or titanium sierra cups? Any preference towards either metal?

    • @SirCampalotOutdoors
      @SirCampalotOutdoors  Рік тому

      The regular size sierra cups are titanium. The smaller ones are stainless steel. I would pay more for the titanium one. Snow peak is known for the quality of their titanium. It is significantly lighter than the SS version. Thanks for watching!

    Is there a minimum thickness required for the TTA clamp surface? Curious if it fits on the Jikaro Firering Table

    • @SirCampalotOutdoors
      @SirCampalotOutdoors  Рік тому +1

      There isn't a minimum thickness. The two clamps will clamp together regardless. As for mounting it on the Jikaro table, you can mount it but I would be careful to not anything heavy like shown on this video. The underside of the Jikaro has a hollow metal frame that goes inwards. If you mount things that are too heavy, the clamps might bend the underside of the Jikaro to distribute the weight. Clamping something light like the lantern hanger is a good choice. Thanks for watching!

    Thanks for the in-depth review. Looks like it's only worth spending that much time (and $$) fussing with it for camping trips longer than 2 nights though.

    • @SirCampalotOutdoors
      @SirCampalotOutdoors  Рік тому +1

      Totally agree with you. It takes a lot of set up time if you're on a weekend camping trip. I also feel like the TTA is made for people who already have an established IGT system and want to add more. I would not recommend it for someone who's starting to build their Snow Peak collection. Thanks for watching!

      @@SirCampalotOutdoors That makes sense. I've found over the years that I take less and less of my IGT gear and opt for lighter and simpler set-ups as most family camping trips are just 3 day weekends. I don't even bring any of my normal IGT frames on these trips and instead opt for the Entry IGT and single action low table. I had thought when I got the extension IGT it would be a sweet spot but that thing is so heavy I leave it home too. LOL

    • @SirCampalotOutdoors
      @SirCampalotOutdoors  Рік тому +2

      @@Victor47930 I love the entry IGT and Low Action table combo. That is definitely my go to set up for minimal gear. I actually prefer to bring this combo on longer trips not shorter ones because I can have more room for other things such as beer and food. lol.

    Where did you get the small Sierra cups?

    • @SirCampalotOutdoors
      @SirCampalotOutdoors  Рік тому +1

      The small sierra cups are festival items. They don't have these in the upcoming festival items in June, but they might have it in the fall. Check every season and you'll eventually get it! Thanks for watching!

      I had the same thought too when setting it up the first time. I was frustrated at my clumsiness to get everything fitted in correctly. The windscreen is the most clumsy to set up. I improved greatly as I set it up more, ha ha! Thanks for watching!

    Way too fussy……sorry not a fan.

    • @SirCampalotOutdoors

      That's understandable. There's a lot of stuff to set up and it is definitely a hassle especially if you're camping for a short amount of time. Thanks for watching!
