bhai tum insight dene me number 1 ho. I still remember your post ki government puts 1000 cr, then builder earns 100 cr, and then buyer makes 1 cr. excellent way of putting it.
On a side note, DLF ki rental income 5,000 cr hai, not 1600 cr :)

@@ashishkumarck19 mujhe bh nh lagta ki bik rha hoga but brokers to phone kar karke yehi bol rhe hai ki sir bahut demand hai, krlo book :). I think rate should be around 60k. Nearby mein achi liveable and developed societies mein 40-60 ka rate hai.
